Whenever you receive a new order and need to validate it (if the customer wants to pay by cash for example) or change the order status (if the customer wants to cancel an order):
- From the Workflow, you can see all the latest orders in the "Latest Orders" section. Select the one you want to validate and click on the ticker icon next to it.
- Change the order status.
- Click "Save".
